 Make your visit extra special

with a personal owl or animal encounter session.

Owl Encounters

One of our keepers will spend this special session with you as you as you learn how to hold  some of our encounter owls on the glove. A unique and memorable experience that can be shared by two people (it is exclusive to the people who have booked). Participants must be 11 years old or over.

30 minute Owl Encounter: £45.00  

2hr Flying Experience

Treat yourself our someone special to something a little different with this opportunity to fly some of our birds. The keeper will teach you how we work with the birds, training them to be a part of our displays and then you will get the opportunity to have a go yourself.   A truely memorable experience that can be shared by two people (it is exclusive to the people who have booked). Participants must be 11 years old or over.

This experience is not available 14th to 22nd February 2026 and 28th March to 1st November 2026

2hr Flying Experience: £80.00

Animal Encounters  

One of our keepers will spend the session with you taking you into the animal's enclosure and giving you the opportunity to interact with these amazing animals and learn more about them. A truly unique and memorable opportunity for young and old alike.

Wallaby Encounter

All ages welcome, under 16yrs must be accompanied by a paying person over 16yrs, under 3yrs free.

£20 for one person, £30 for two people, £40 per group (max 6 people)

 

Meerkat or Fox or Lemur Encounter

Participants must be 5 years old or over and under 16yrs must be accompanied by a by a paying person over 16yrs.

£40 for one person, £70 for two people, £90 per group (max 6 people)

Length of Encounters – 15 minutes
