In reviewing the welfare of our animals (with our ethics committee), it was decided to rehome Daisy and Malteser. As a Sanctuary we do not have suitable pasture for them, especially in the winter months.
Daisy & Malteser’s new home is with The Hugs Foundation who are renown experts in finding new homes for equine species. Daisy and Malteser will live with Hugs at their specialised facility near Bodmin until such time as they are found an appropriate forever home.
